  We had Cali and Kim come in today to clean our dryer duct. They were friendly and efficient. I was going to ask them to take shoes off at the door but they were already off. They also helped us fix a disconnected duct. Basically, no complaints and only compliments!

  Jamie was great as outdoor vent cleaner. Ahmed and Ben were great as indoors dryer and vent cleaner. All spent time answering my questions as to the process, importance, and preventing problems. Good info to pass to strata council as we discussed indoor dryer vent cleaning which can prevent lint buildup, fan failure, moisture on ceiling, fire. Ahmed explained other buildings pay for indoor cleaning and after two attempts at access, owners pay themselves to get inside done

  Our strata hired them for duct cleaning. Jayden and LG came to my place and were able to identify a long-running issue with the dryer vent, that was causing it to fall off at random intervals.
