As a new homeowner, I was very anxious about a water damage issue caused by dryer duct. Especially when the strata and the dryer duct cleaning company hired by the strata were not very helpful. So, I reached out to Michael A Smith Duct Cleaning.

Renee from the office was very kind and patient. She listened to my situation and did her best to fit me into their busy schedule.

Thank you to Michael, the owner, for taking the time to come and check the issue. He was very knowledgeable and kind, quickly found the problem, and thoroughly explained what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.

I really appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism. Thank you so much, Michael and Renee!

I am so glad we called MASduct to clean the ducts in our apartment. We had called COIT previously and the technician never got back to us. Not the case with MASduct. It was a smooth process throughout. We have noticed a significant difference in the air quality and we can actually hear the fan when it turns on!

They were cleaning out ducts in our building and I missed their knock the first day. They were understanding and were able to accommodate me the next day. Great service and will recommend them for future projects.

I can’t recommend Michael A Smith Duct Cleaning Ltd. highly enough!

We originally hired another company to clean our dryer vent, but they couldn’t clear the blockage. Instead, they told us we’d likely need to cut into the drywall to access the vent, turning what should have been a simple job into an expensive repair.

Before going down that road, I decided to call Michael A Smith Duct Cleaning Ltd.—and I’m so glad I did. Their technician completely cleared the vent in just over 30 minutes, with no drywall, no unnecessary repairs, and no hassle.

If you need your dryer vent cleaned, hire a company that specializes in ducts. Michael A Smith Duct Cleaning Ltd. isn’t a carpet cleaning company that happens to offer duct cleaning on the side—they’re true duct cleaning experts, and it shows. They know exactly what they’re doing, have the right equipment, and get the job done efficiently.

The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The office contact was also professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was especially impressed that she even followed up afterward to make sure everything had gone well. That level of customer service is rare these days.

Professional, honest, skilled, and customer-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael A Smith Duct Cleaning Ltd. to anyone.

Our entire building had all our dryer vents cleaned and we are super happy with the job Cally and his team did. Since we moved in a year ago our suite has seemed to get dusty so quickly. They found 2 places on the vent hose they repaired after throughly cleaning it. I’m sure it was contributing to the dust.
